How a call usually goes

- Step 2We give you an arrival window and a diagnostic price up front — $95, waived on maintenance plans.
- Step 3Tech diagnoses, then quotes the repair before doing it. You approve or you don't.
- Step 4We fix it, test it, clean up, and email the invoice with what was replaced and why.
