What's actually in a tune-up
An hour to ninety minutes of real work, not a five-minute filter swap and a sticker:
- Static pressure measured across the air handler — the number most companies skip
- Capacitor microfarads and amp draws recorded and compared to nameplate
- Coils inspected and cleaned, condensate drain flushed
- Refrigerant charge verified by superheat and subcool, not by gauge glance
- Combustion analysis and CO test on gas equipment
- Heat exchanger inspected, burners cleaned, flame sensor polished
- Blower wheel checked for buildup, belt and bearings where applicable
- Thermostat calibration and staging verified
Plain terms
- Cancel any time. We don't hold your money hostage or charge a cancellation fee.
- Price is locked for three years from signup. No quiet 8% increase every January.
- We call you to schedule the visits. You don't have to remember; that's on us.
- Transferable if you sell the house — hands the new owner a documented service history.
- A plan does not mean we'll find something to sell you. Plenty of visits end with "everything's fine, see you in the fall."
